The “I’ll have them Italian style per favore” eggs

Ingredients needed:  Eggs Focaccia or sourdough bread (or any other bread of your choice) Salt and pepper for seasoning Olive oil grooVy Tomato & Herbs spread Fresh basil for garnish (optional) Prep time: 10 minutes Instructions: Prepare fried eggs (or scrambled if you prefer). In the meantime, heat up some focaccia or sourdough bread in the toaster oven. Drizzle with olive oil and smother with grooVy Tomato & Herbs spread. Top bread with eggs and drizzle some additional grooVy spread on top. Optional: garnish with fresh pepper and some basil.

The “Easy peasy mezze style” salad

Ingredients needed:  Boiled quinoa Kale, cucumber, radishes, fennel Lemon juice, olive oil (for dressing) Salt and pepper for seasoning grooVy Lentil & Carrot and Roasted Pepper & Pumpkin Seed spread Crushed pink peppercorns for garnish (option) Prep time: 20 minutes Instructions: Wash, clean and cut up veggies. Mix together and put in a medium sized salad bowl. Drizzle with your vinaigrette of choice - we love mixing olive oil and lemon juice seasoned with some salt and pepper. Sprinkle with boiled quinoa and add a scoop each of grooVy’s Lentil & Carrot and Roasted Pepper & Pumpkin Seed spread. (We suggest using an ice cream scoop for that fancy look). Add some crushed pink peppercorns as garnish.

The “I like it pink and dairy free” salmon bagel

Ingredients needed:  Your bagel of choice (we love sesame for this recipe) Smoked salmon grooVy Beetroot & Horseradish spread Dill to garnish Prep time: 5 minutes Instructions: Cut your bagel in half, smother both halves with grooVy Beetroot & Horseradish spread. Top with smoked salmon and garnish with fresh dill.

Ingredients needed:  Fresh cucumber grooVy Beetroot & Horseradish spread Dill for garnish (optional) Prep time: 20 minutes Instructions: Wash cucumber and cut into 1/2 inches thick slices. Scoop grooVy into a cake icing pipebag (or a clean Ziploc bag) and squeeze spread in a decorative way onto cucumbers. Serve to your kids as a healthy snack or your cocktail guests as a finger food.
