Ingredients needed: 

  • Eggs
  • Focaccia or sourdough bread (or any other bread of your choice)
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning
  • Olive oil
  • grooVy Tomato & Herbs spread
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Prep time:

  • 10 minutes

Instructions:

  • Prepare fried eggs (or scrambled if you prefer).
  • In the meantime, heat up some focaccia or sourdough bread in the toaster oven. Drizzle with olive oil and smother with grooVy Tomato & Herbs spread.
  • Top bread with eggs and drizzle some additional grooVy spread on top.
  • Optional: garnish with fresh pepper and some basil.
